Annette Walker is the proprietor of Insight Career Management and has 17 years experience in the Career Management Industry, specialising in Career Re-direction Counselling, Outplacement, Change Management and Workplace Coaching.
A finalist for WA in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for the Business Owners category in 2007, Annette’s unique combination of experience and learning allows her to take an empathic, but pragmatic and commercial focus.
Annette’s philosophy of “Insight and Enterprise” is lived through her Coaching practice.

  • Self – the importance of understanding and defining yourself and what your criteria is for satisfying work
  • Marketing yourself – how to maximise the competency based approach for getting the role you want
  • Networking – understanding strategies and the importance of networking
  • Strategy – creating a ‘step-change’ career plan that works
