Peter McLean, of Lamplighter Performance Consulting, will be conducting this half day workshop for the Rotary Club of Crawley. He is using his unique expertise in professional giftedness and leadership development, in order to help you launch your year with a vision of what you can achieve as a leader.

Through this workshop you will:

• Examine the strengths and weaknesses that leaders must address in order to be effective
